Job Roles:
1. Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit and for providing full administrative support to the Management. Also involved in the day-to-day running of the HR office.
2. Assist HP Team to recruit , all necessary manpower, provide recruitment plan, maintain & develop recruitment.
3. Assist to collect candidate's portfolio, dealing with candidates and proceed first time interview session.
4. Assist to handle all necessary negotiation with shortlisted candidates.
5. Assist to handle all necessary confirmation & procedures for success recruit candidates.
6. Daily maintain & analysis HP Team manpower status.
7. Must completed the jobs with provided deadline by Management.
8. Other add-hoc project with related to HR matter.
Requirement:
1. A degree or professional qualification preferably in human resources management.
2. Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
4. Able to work independently and with good initiative.
5. Meticulous and able to multi-task.
