• BSc or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveying
• BSc / BEng or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute is highly desirable
• Must be a qualified and chartered QS - FRIC from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or CQS from Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors - (AIQS) or similar in chartership process and as approved by the Engineer. (for equivalence, refer to Clause "of the Project Brief)
• 15 years of demonstrable experience in dealing with major highway or drainage infrastructure projects including construction as applicable to the" "nature of the works
