Support end-to-end execution of Business Excellence framework by applying International Excellence Model standards, approaches and processes, while supporting and raising recommendations to Total Quality Management requirements across the different Assets/functions to obtain or/and maintain ISO Standards and certifications.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure successful participation in the Excellence Awards Programs and ISO ;
Coordinate the preparation of the submission document for all related categories across Company.
Conduct awareness sessions for different business units
Validate evidence, data and information that are relevant to the submission document
Participate in self-assessment utilizing the EFQM
Participate with the team during the assessment or certification audits
Support in promoting Excellence Culture among the COMPANY
Mange improvements through the implementation of corrective actions and preventative actions (CAPA).
Manage the analysis of Awards feedback report
Prepare the stakeholder's satisfaction surveys and analysis (Employees, Shareholders and Society).
Manage the process for development of the Company sustainability report.
Support in the process for development of the Company Benchmarking internally or externally
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality Management or equivalent.
10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in EFQM assessor ;
Professional Certifications
:
EFQM Certified Assessor or,
EFQM Licensed Trainer or,
Total Quality Management Certified
