Finance Manager 12-18 Years of Progressive Experience (From Chain of Franchise Restaurants background only)
Job Description:
Oversee and manage books of accounts in ERP. Oversee Payables and review bank reconciliations.
Book closure on monthly basis including inventory valuation Ensure reporting deadlines are strictly met on time without delays.
Preparation of monthly balance sheet and profit & loss account, monthly MIS Process monthly payroll, creation and maintenance of various schedules for statutory audit such as prepaid expenses, accruals, Depreciation etc.
Prepare budget and rolling forward cash flows Enhance existing processes and controls to eliminate errors and increase efficiency Perform month end P&L and balance sheet reviews to ensure consistency of revenue and expenses and highlight abnormalities Perform Budget vs. realized monthly for the revenue and expenses to ensure the business is on track and the targets are being monitored periodically and inform management of variations.
Act as a business partner, think analytically and outside the box to enhance the business in all aspects including cost reduction where feasible.
Perform comparative analysis on existing suppliers to ensure the optimal list of suppliers are maintained which provide the best quality product/service at the best price and perform the exercise periodically.
Cover all banking related matters to ensure swift operations of the business. Provide adequate and timely information to both internal and external auditors and ensure all audit related activities are performed.
Maintain proper audit trail for all payments submitted for authorization (full audit trail including Approvals, signed LPO's, delivery notes, reciepts, system generated vouchers.
Produce timely ad-hoc reports as requested by management Analyze new store opening including breakeven
Preference will be given to qualified CA/CPA/CMA
