Main Purpose

As part of the Operations Management Team, you will deliver the best visitor experience through successful and effective team management, focusing on both the visitors' expectations and Japan House London's business objectives. You will seek to develop and improve the Visitor Experience department, by implementing ideas as well as overseeing developing concepts within the venue; understand and drive targets by analysing figures and constantly driving the KPIs; represent Japan House London with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Essential

• Experience leading and motivating a team

• Experience in effective recruitment and development of staff

• Knowledgeable about the cultural sector and venue operations

• Good communication skills

• Experience of appraising and managing employees' performance

• Confident in dealing with large groups of people
