Job details
Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user ;
Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
To escalate more complex service issues to the relevant IT personnel.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving of Workstation related problems
Must have be knowing crimping, know how to install routers, switches.
Must possess a solid understanding of PC hardware/peripheral devices, Active Roles and Active Directory, standard operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
MCSE / MCITP /ITIL
certification is a must.
Information Technology Diploma/Degree
A minimum of 1+ year s prior experience in a technical support environment;
Extraordinary customer service and advanced communication skills;
Be able to work independently;
