Job details
Has a Degree in law.
Handle all legal matters working for Real Estate Developer having projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Work to protect the company from any legal consequences or implications.
Advise management on legal matters.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
.
Draft and prepare legal correspondence to government offices, municipalities, courts, consultant, suppliers, and similar entities.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
.
Prepare POAs, MOA, AOAs and related legal documents.
Able to work independently and as team worker
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
.
Handle other responsibilities related to the role as requested by the management.
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
Work under pressure.
Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
