Key responsibilities include: Telesales Executives

• Making outbound calls

• Generating warm leads for the Sales team

• Building rapport with potential new clients

• Adhering to scripts, taking full details and ensuring a potential client's case meet the specific acceptance criteria

• Proficient processing of cases through the case management system

• Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system

• Ensuring sales targets are achieved, along with other activity-based targets

Key Skills and Experience required include:
