Job details

Manages sales of the company's products and services within a defined geographic area, province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives

• Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Head of Department

• Review progress of sales roles throughout the company

• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

• Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results

• Collaborate with Manufacturers/Partners to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines

• Collaborate with Managing Director to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses

• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures

• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• A Policies and Procedures - Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in an efficient and consistent manner.

• Safety, Quality & Environment - Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Report any hazard/risk observed to the QHSE Manager.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Highly organized and flexible

• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines

• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy

• Technical sales skills

• Proven experience in customer relationship management

• Knowledge of market research

• Relevant product and industry knowledge

• Experience with relevant software applications

• Highly proficient computer and internet skills

• Business degree or related professional qualification


• English is a Must

• Arabic

• Driving License / Eligible to process
