• Develop and manage database of malls, real estate and property ;

• Coordinate closely with the Brand Managers and CEO to convey their leasing and project plan strategies 

• Identify all current and future brands requirements to ensure that the company and country's expansion plans are achieved 

• Initiate weekly and/or monthly meeting updates with the CEO for finalizing new business and revenue generating strategies 

• Ensures that project and department goals are met and adhering to approved ;

• Work closely with the Project Manager/s to ensure proposed site is well checked according to the Company's standard  • Search for prospective locations by performing weekly field work 

• Contact, meet and network with landlords, development operators and key persons and conduct site visits to assess potential of the locations 

• Make recommendations to the management regarding the most appropriate choice for prime locations and mall 

• Develop, review and negotiate leases, permits, contracts and other property agreements including costs, rent, utilities, terms and facilities for retail units in line with the Company's ;

• Develop a short term as well as a 3 to 5 year real estate strategy expansion plan in conjunction with CEO 

• Negotiate with mall management / landlord in order to obtain and secure the best rates for prime ;

• Manage the entire process and legal compliance of all agreements as per Company's ;

• Identify existing brand's requirements to align with the company's expansion ;

• Identify and propose retail space that suitably blend with the new prospective mall or location 

• Conduct market research on prevailing rent and retail trends, presented formally each quarter and discussed informally on a continuous 

• Coordinate with finance department on lease renewals, due dates, and manage the expectation of the leased real estate and Food Quest in a planned manner 

• Establish and build strong rapport with the landlords, mall management, real estate agents and ;

• Attend exhibitions related to the industry, gather related information and constantly update market intelligence
