Direct message the job poster from Shades Interiors LLCReports To: General Manager / Operations Director Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering high-end interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. This includes full project lifecycle management — from planning and coordination to execution and handover — ensuring that timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and office).• Develop project plans including schedules, procurement timelines, resource planning, and budget controls.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.• Manage site activities and ensure work is progressing according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.• Track project costs, control budgets, and manage variations and claims.• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower as per project requirements.• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings; prepare and submit progress reports.• Identify and resolve issues or delays affecting project progress.• Supervise project team members and subcontractors to ensure performance and accountability.• Ensure proper documentation, snagging, and handover of completed projects.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or Construction Management.o Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in managing fit-out projects within a main contracting or specialist interior fit-out company.o Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery including authority approvals, procurement, execution, and handover.o Proven track record in delivering multiple fast-track and high-quality interior projects on time and within budget.o Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and MS Office Suite.o Strong understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, construction methods, and MEP coordination.o Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and approval procedures (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).o Strong leadership and organizational skills.o Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.o Client-oriented with the ability to manage expectations and maintain relationships.o Capable of handling multiple projects under pressure with minimal supervision.o Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.o Valid UAE Driving License is required.o PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Architecture and Planning, Interior Design, and Engineering Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Shades Interiors LLC by 2x Get notified about new Project Manager jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Project Coordinator - Dubai Holing Entertainment Associate Project Manager - Business to Business Senior Manager - Project Delivery & SI Operations We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
