EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL CLEANING CONTRACT SALESPERSON REQUIRED.
ROLE PURPOSE:
To sell new business into the B2B commercial cleaning sector markets by identifying sales leads, preparing proposals and closing the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Following up new business opportunities
Identifying and Creating new business appointments
Planning and preparing presentations
Selling new and existing services
Report Writing and weekly feedback against set KPI's
Commercial awareness of price versus profit
Personal Development: Taking responsibility for own personal development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have recent and proven success in selling commercial cleaning contracts
Experience of building customer relations Strong interpersonal skills
