The Executive Beverage trainer will be assisting the beverage training manager. He will be responsible for maintaining ICDR's beverage quality standards throughout the operations.
The individual must have strong communication and team building skills as the role revolves around working with our baristas closely to enable them to perform at their best capacity. He must be self- driven. Must be adaptable to change while also following guidelines and procedures strictly.
Responsibilities
• Conduct bar audits in IDCR across in all branches and provide solutions for issues identified.
• Maintain accurate documentation to identify training needs, forecasting and solution implementation.
• Develop trainings related to machines and bar equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of ongoing and completed bar audits.
• To adhere and follow brand standards with SOP.
• Provides corrective technical guidance and training to baristas, new and old.
• To research and implement new trends in the bar operation and also develop new beverages.
• Monitor staff quality by conducting regular staff evaluations.
• Monitors beverage quality at all times by conducting tasting sessions.
Education/ Qualification
• The candidate must have minimum 2 - 4 years GCC experience in the respective position.
• Must possess strong barista technical skills
• Diploma in F & B or hospitality management.
License Required
• The individual must have a valid UAE driving license as the job requires travelling to our branches regularly.
