Duties & Responsibilities

1.Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

2.Generate leads that develop into new customers.

3.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

4.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the Light methods/tools.

5.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

6.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

7.Handle Emails, Social Media, Web Chat.

Requirements:

With minimum two of years of experience in call center, telesales marketing, customer relations.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

High level of professionalism

customer service-oriented and a solution provider

Ability to respond positively to working in a pressured environment.

Work well with a team and be co-operative.

Bilingual - Arabic and English Language

Female

Preferably with own visa or Husband/Family's sponsored visa
