RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed

• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project

• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

• Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

• Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services

• Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

• Design technical website developments

• Implement software life-cycle methodology

• Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation

• Coordinate roll-out of beta and production releases

• Inspect projects for quality assurance

• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients

• Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork

• Work with technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Solid HTML skills; familiarity with programming languages

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

• Business strategy aptitude

• Decision-making and leadership skills

• Ability to support repetitive and phased software implementations impacting customer facing channels.

• Complete familiarity with the Microsoft Office platform of products required.

• Working knowledge of applicable project management software strongly preferred

• Certification in project management preferred
