Our Client an internationally reputed manufacturer is seeking a skilled Sales Manager with a proven track record of longevity.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and market experience in sales across Sub Sahara Africa.
Candidate must be open to travel, capacity to lead a team of junior sales support staff, liaise with Key Accounts and ensure targets set by ;
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence in Sub Sahara Africa.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales support staff.
Structure targets in lighn with company objectives.
Collect, analyze, interpret and share relevant market information, including competitor and sales data to support the identification of sales and customer opportunities.
Meet with sales support to review performance, progress, and targets.
Deliver deep performance reviews.
Coach individual sales representatives.
Offer improvement techniques and best practices for optimal sales performance.
Develop strategies for new market penetration.
Develop a scalable sales process.
Ensure CRM and data entry accuracy & monthly reviews on pipeline.
Plan and implement training programs.
Plan and preside over sales team meetings.
