Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting, resolving all technical issues related to our software and the range of products and services it provisions

2. Interacting with clients via. live chat, web-based systems, online forums and telephone to resolve their problems and gather feedback

3. Testing & analysis of all products & services

4. Identifying any bugs/issues in the system and assisting in their resolution.

Requirement Specifications

General Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Service or similar capacity, preferably on an IT platform

2. Educational Qualifications: Graduate from any stream. Any Engineering or BSc (IT or Computers) preferred

Detailed Requirements:

1. Must be customer focused and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve customer issue

2. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to work in a variety of customer situations

3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

4. Ability to solve complex problems quickly, inventively and resourcefully

5. Good working knowledge of computers and the internet strong ability to develop new skills

6. Strong attention to detail

7. Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology

8. Highly motivated and energetic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills

9. Must be willing to work in rotational shifts

Tech knowledge required:

* Networking and DNS basics

* Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Operating Systems/Hardware/ Softwares

* Basic knowledge of Web and Email servers

* Configuration and troubleshooting mail clients using IMAP/POP/SMTP

* Domain name system (DNS)

* Web Hosting, Google Apps and Google Adwords Management.

* ( cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ), Domain Name Registrations etc.

* Handling Complete Billing and Operations.

* PHP, Perl, ASP, dotNET, Perl, and FastCGI

* Drupal, Wordpress, softwaresDotNetNuke, Magento software

* Simple Database functions like Backup/Restore

* Email Solutions

* POP/IMAP/SMTP

* Digital Certificates/Issuing

Benefits

- Probation periods will be for 3 months and stipend will be 9k monthly, We will measure performance, speed of operation, and problem-solving ability during the probation period.

- Minimum contract of 14-15 months, including Probation period.

- Salary will be Rs. 14,000 -Rs. 18,000 per month after successful completion of Probation period.
