Maintain accurate price quotation data for different print jobs.

· Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.

· Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

· Control purchasing department budgets.

· Coordinate the ordering of die, packaging, cartons or any other materials needed.

· Mark all color ok proofs or provide marked-up color samples for press to follow

· Track Orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Review quality of Purchase Product

· Enter order details ( vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

· Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

· Sending inquires and receipt of offers from vendors and taking approval and PO generation.

· Good negotiation skill, costing of components, comparisons, placing order, prioritize activities & schedule jobs accordingly and follow up.
