Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a customer base 

• Loading sales contracts & generating invoices from Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting system 

• Allocating & reconciling cash receipts against relevant invoices in Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting system 

• Customer reporting as required 

• Scanning and filing of sales application contracts 

• Assisting Management accountant in scanning and filing other ;

• Other ad hoc duties, as required Skills and strengths required: 

• Good system knowledge, ledgers and journals 

• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word 

• On hand experience of any ERP solution will be given preference 

• Good communication skills
