Senior Roads Engineer (Contracts)
• Rich experience in the various aspects and disciplines of transportation and infrastructure, including design and construction, as well as pre and post contract and commercial services BSc in Civil Engineering, Chartered / Professional Engineer Status (CEng) is a must, 15 years experience in design & construction of infrastructure projects with exposure to all related disciplines & management capacity in the last 5 years.
We need a professional with civil design and construction background, and satisfactory formation in design / construction services procurement, contractual and commercial services. More specifically, Post Contract / Commercial / Variation Orders / Claims / Delay Analysis / Contractual Projects (road design) / RFC's / Brief scope / Schedules / Staffing / Construction tenders / QS / Estimates / BoQ / FIDIC / QCS / ICE / UPSA's / Budgets / Task order for Design.
