Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining employee records and files for ;
- Responsible for submission of HR Reports accurately and ;
- Coordinate and follow up with relevant government offices to ensure timely renewal of company licenses and contracts to reduce government fines / ;
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the HR team to ensure effective implementation of corporate standards, structures and processes across the employee life-cycle (recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, etc.)
- Support and assist with HR Administration such as employee leave management, transportation, accommodation, organizing HR meetings, maintaining employee records, HR reports, etc.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant ;
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR and admin, of which at least 1 year in local ;
- Strong MS Office ;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
