• Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue for events.
• Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Negotiate, close deals, and work closely with clients to assess and understand current and
future needs & account management.
• Produce detailed proposals and concepts for events ( timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
• Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services.
• Involving the event team to win new deals as a team and interact closely with the client to ensure smooth interaction and successful execution.
• Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.
• Attend events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities.
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor's Degree.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the Event / Media industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent client facing skills with the ability and confidence to set up new business opportunities and hold new client meetings.
• Advanced market knowledge for events industry.
• Strong negotiation & decision making skills.
• Good team player and Ability to handle pressure and be delivering within deadlines.
PREFERENCE
Fluency in Arabic (Read/ Write/ Speak)
• Arab National/Indian/Pakistan
