As a Model Booker you will play a major role in a model's career; scheduling appointments with Clients who want to hire our services . You will be required to scout and keep an eye for new talents and books jobs for the models that he/she represents. Build the database for models as well as clients that may require our services.
We require a candidate who can multitask , have strong people skills who can maintain good working relationships with models, photographers, creative directors and other decision-makers in the modeling ;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Booking of models, photographers, cast, talents, events for photo shoot, commercial, movies
Responsible in getting permits for photo shoot, tvc, location etc.
Inform the models about casting (model job interview), jobs and shows, make sure the models have the right information and to attend on time
Keep the portfolio up to date, always get the new pictures new measurements and contact details
Must have a personal touch and excellent communication skills to deal with models.
Must be good with clients. This involves excellent communication skills, customer service and also sourcing new clients
Able to prepare invoices and sort out payments
