Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning and implementation of campaigns across all digital platforms.
• Developing content for the blog, newsletter and the website.
• Experience in defining, managing and implementing digital campaigns with analytics.
• End to end social media ad platform management.
• Tracking competitor progress and analyzing growth trends.
• Inbound marketing efforts to convert visitors to sales qualified leads.
• Building a strong execution model for the team to follow and practice.
• Defining creative guidelines inline with the brand's presence.
• Managing influencer bloggers for various activities.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in similar CRM role.
• Excellent technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems.
• Must have a strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of CRM principles in a B2B and B2C environment.
• Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
