Job Description:
- Managing the Abu Dhabi Legal Team
- Review and Negotiation of Contracts/ LOI/ PO/LOA etc. as per company internal policies
- Drafting of Contracts and other legal documents including notices
- Discussing and finalization the contracts with Sales Team to expedite the signing of contracts
- Advising different stake holders in contractual disputes and other legal matters
- Supporting the Group Legal Manager on contractual disputes and other critical legal matters
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- To adhere to the safety and health regulations
- To perform any other task related to the Job as and when assigned by the Department Manager
Job Requirements:
- Must be graduate of Bachelor in Law (LLB)
- Must have 3-5 years experience in the same field of expertise and same industry with the company
Experience:
- Have UAE Legal Practitioner: 3 years
