• Pre-requisites and hardware requirements explanations/understanding
• Installations/configurations
• User training
• Post-sales support
• Working closely with the reseller channels and customers
• Building relationships with the vendors
• Ability to manage own time and work effectively as a member of the team
• University education is essential and some experience is preferred
