The ideal candidate will be:
- Resourceful and have the ability to collate relevant data for each industry sector being worked ;
- Have the motivation to cold call, follow up and meet a multitude of clients on a weekly basis.
- Liaise directly with clients with incredibly high expectations, a range of budgets and short ;
- Be responsive to their needs and deliver excellent client ;
- Apply knowledge of GEM's services to maximise opportunities and help sustain and develop accounts.
The superstar candidate will have:
- The ability to balance a multiple of time-sensitive projects at once, and being able to work with an exceptional attention to ;
- Possess a genuine passion for the events industry and a flexible approach to working hours.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, an excellent team player, confident, have an outgoing personality and, of course, work calm under pressure when working to tight ;
- Ambitious self-starter and a motivated team ;
- Great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients and ;
- Strong organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise, work in a methodical manner and under ;
- Meticulous attention to detail alongside a creative mind. Have high standards even when working to tight ;
- Good presentation/pitching ;
- Strong commercial understanding/appreciation and financial acumen Have a creative flair and ability to think outside of the box.
Experience
- Previous experience in the UAE in a similar role is preferred
- An in-depth understanding of the industry we work in and the media available to us
- Managing budgets effectively with an ability to create ideas to suit a range of budgets; delivering projects within budget
- Ability to review other creative work and creating an environment of positive constructive critiquing and brainstorming
