To create and set up a safe, pleasant, conducive and engaging environment

Evaluate children's performance and keep accurate records of the children's progress and address individual child's developmental needs

Foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues

To build trust, meaningful communication and good relationship with parents

To work closely with Principal and Assistant Teacher on daily operational matters

Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
