Job details
Responsibilities:
• Plan, Manage and Maintain the smooth operations of Retail Stores located in KL and/or Selangor
• Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP, products knowledge, selling skills and any other tasks assigned.
• Ensure accurate stock position in outlet at all times.
• Ensure achievement of Outlets' sales target.
• Participating actively in company sales activities and marketing events.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 3 year(s) working experience in sales/IT field is preferred.
• Preferred language(s): Chinese and english
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess leadership skills & experience.
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in KL/ Selangor.
