1. Assisting GM with Sales&Marketing development, project development and human resources
2. Organizing demonstrations, exhibitions, trainings, workshops and market visits
3. High communication skills, perfect in presentations, hardworking, high loyalty, performing well under pressure
4. Supervising showroom in charge+ receptionist, checking their daily reports
5. Perfect in English, writing-reading-speaking, with high communication skills
6. Professional using computer (Office, outlook, Microsoft Office Programs)
7. Experienced in managing projects
8. Submitting monthly sales report to the management, at the end of every month. Resolving administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
9. Practical in solving problems and highly responsible
10. Writing and distributing e-mails
11. Supervising all the reports submitted by the sales team/sales coordinators
12. Preparing and modifying reports, submit general update to GM
13. Maintaining the workflow and contributing to the management team
14. Developing marketing activities, with a coordination with the Marketing Manager/GM
15. Responsible for preparing flyers, brochures and other marketing related activities
