PROJECT CHALLENGES 

They have a number of opportunities across seniority levels for Software Engineers who are interested in functional programming and specifically Clojure. 

They're looking for smart people over an explicit amount of Clojure experience. They've traditionally hired people from Java, Python or Ruby backgrounds to use Clojure as their primary language. 

You'd work across the fullstack with Clojure, ReactJS, ClojureScript, AWS, ElasticSearch, possibly some Java all within a modular, microservice architecture. You'd be hands on around 80-90% within product teams building new features and services. 

The teams are given a lot of autonomy in how they approach work and usually follow a Lean/Kanban process. 

The team structure is flat, you'd be expected to facilitate discussions around coding best practices, Continuous Delivery, automation, architecture design and technical problem solving.
