Experience: must have at least 5 years experience in handling Housekeeping operations in a managerial capacity in a hotel or resort
Personality: must be of good moral character
Duties:
- in charge of overseeing and directing the cleaning activities for all areas of the property
- handles customer service and complaints
- ensure that the staff have the proper tools and materials to perform their duties
- handle administrative duties, including interview and training of new housekeeping employees, staff schedules, performance review, disciplinary action etc;
