Job details
Will be responsible for the Cost of Sales reports, recipe costing, inventory management, stock re-order level, reports on wastage, P&L reports, cost variance actual vs budget and all daily and periodic ;
To ensure the food cost variance is monitored. With the know-how on store keeping and stock receiving and issuance.
Skills:
Minimum 2 yrs. experience in F & B Cost Controller or related accounting role
A graduate of Accounting or business related courses.
