ROLE DESCRIPTION OF WAITRESS

Position purpose to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time, whilst following Laderach Values and adhering to our Policies and Procedures. Your main responsibility as a Waiter/Waitress and Team Member. Is to ensure that you are delivering the highest level of customer service, in a clean and safe environment. In addition to adhering to Laderach Policies and Procedures, you are responsible for: PEOPLE

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AS WAITRESS

•   Following basic people essentials ( uniforms, grooming and punctuality).  
  
•   Understanding the 'how to' and 'why' behind Laderach Policies and ; 
  
•   Promoting teamwork to achieve Café ; 
  
•   Assisting others when needed while demonstrating consideration for proper ; 
  
•   Following all reasonable instruction given by an authorized person (eg. trainer, manager, licensee)  
  
•   Acting as a brand deputy for Laderach at all times. QUALITY, SERVICE, CLEANLINESS (QSC)  
  
• Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation 
  
•   Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers  
  
•   Adhering to Café performance standards for crew stations and as per In Charge ;
  
•   Following directions for the implementation of new products and ; 
  
•   Actively supporting local and national promotions to maximum profitable ; 
  
•   Maintain operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience ; 
  
•   Following all food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT 
  
•   Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all ; 
  
•   Attending to customers' needs as a primary ; 
  
•   Referring difficult customer enquiries to the Shop In Charge if ; 
  
•   WORKPLACE SAFETY. Report all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as ; 
  
•   Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when ; 
  
•   Look after themselves, each other and anyone else who may be affected by what they do or do not do while at ; 
  
•   Not put other employees, customers, contractors or visitors at risk of ; 
  
•   Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse equipment or any other item supplied at our ;
  
•   Performing all assigned tasks & procedures efficiently and in a timely ;
