Responsibilities: 

* Hard core coding, programming, requirement gathering, client support, documentation, gap analysis, technical demos, onsite support, relevant software development experience on , SQL SERVER 2008 R2 /2012 / 2016, CRYSTAL REPORT 13. 

* Relevant experience in ERP software development on windows based applications is a Mandatory: 

* Expertise in preparing functional documents & technical write-ups for the projects. 

* Hands on experience in client support, implementation, user training & sign offs. Involving in technical demos to clients.

Relevant work experience on web based ERP applications

 In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services

• In-depth hands-on knowledge of Advance Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM / xRM framework

• Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins

• Experience with the C# language and the Microsoft .NET Framework, , , Windows Communication and work-flow foundation

• Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services

• Experience developing solutions which involve relational database technologies on platforms such as SQL Server or Oracle with experience programming stored procedures using Transact SQL or PL SQL

• Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)

• Experience in MS Dynamics CRM is a MUST

• Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Design Patterns, and other architectural principals is a plus

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
