- Know Mandarin
- 18-30 years old
- Actual working location : Philippine Manila
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Minimum secondary level
- Experience working in customer service industry is advantageous ,but not essential
- Willing to work shift hour
- Chinese typing speed moderate
- Provide customer chat support ,regarding product and relevant information
- Clarifying customer complaint and determining the cause of problem
- Investigate and analysis on member detail
- Compile a daily activity report
