Job details
• Account Management which will include product listings, inventory management, competition analysis and preparing regular MIS reports.
• Look after and maintain day to day functions of Sales Billing, Inventory and Dispatch.
• Ensure availability of stock across the warehouses of E-commerce partners in co-ordination with the Product Supply team and the respective Branch Commercial Teams
• Track Fill Rate and lead time of orders
• Monitoring reviews and devising methods to ensure positive reviews. Also devising and executing methods to correct negative reviews by timely intervention.
• Monitoring, documenting and timely highlighting of competitor campaigns on Ecommerce portals for timely intervention and tactical play.
