Job Purpose:

Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Works with marketing team members to create innovative digital and social media campaigns.


Creates digital marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.

Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email and display advertising.

Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including sales, product development, and brand PR.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Provides training and guidance to partners, distributors marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies.

Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.

Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.

Managing the redesign of the company website. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

Skills and Qualifications:


Degree in Communications or Marketing.

Minimum 3 years of experience with an automotive brand in GCC.

Proven record of Social Media Management, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Digital Marketing Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis. (Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage)

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (, Google Analytics, Google Trends, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and Arabic.

Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills.
