Job details

Responsible for reimbursement claims received, ensuring all appropriate documentation required by insurance companies are submitted to expedite the reimbursement process, handling approvals and communicating with the insured members, insurance companies and medical providers to ensure all pending approvals are resolved. In addition to reviewing rejections and confirming whether it is justified and in line with the policy terms.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 UAE experience, preferable with a TPA. Knowledge of medical terminology is a ;
