Currently we are looking for a Culinary Training Manager to provide training and implementation with auditing of kitchen operations for multiple locations in UAE.
The Job
Responsible for the Overall Training & Development and its implementation of the Culinary Division.
Ensure that all the kitchen employees are fully knowledgeable of the food preparation standards, quality and policy followed by Emirates First Group.
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Management Requirements
Continually coach, assess and develop procedures and staff (Head Chefs, Chef Di Parties & Line Cooks)
Monitor and ensure smooth operation in the kitchen/ Monitor consistency in quality of food as per the standards.
Monitor performance of each outlet based on the guest surveys and initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure trainings are conducted within the agreed parameters and targets are achieved.
Conduct regular audits in F&B Kitchens and maintain audit record sheet.
The Person
Preferably at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in F&B Culinary in a 5 - star establishments / QSR concepts
BSc in Hotel & Restaurant Management / Any Recognized Professional Culinary Qualifications with adequate Financial Knowledge & Skills
Awareness of contemporary Food Hygiene & Safety standards practiced in the region (UAE)
Healthy exposure to diverse Western/ European and Continental Dishes
Knowledge of raw materials and ingredient functionality / well experienced in recipe & menu engineering
Good track record of training and auditing multiple sites.
Good command of English and computer literacy
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
