What you'll do:

- Internet research projects - Collecting information for colleagues

- Creating internal marketing documents for colleagues

- Preparing routine reports

- Scheduling appointments for colleagues

- Database management

- Data mining

- Anything and everything related to administration!

Who we are looking for:

- Experience working within a western business environment

- Minimum 1 year's administration experience ideally supporting a sales, real estate or marketing team

- You're well versed in the internet - you can research a topic, across multiple sources, in record time

- You're obsessive about details

- Proactive and preemptive when it comes to solving problems

- Articulate and enthusiastic person
