Job details
Job objective:
Supervision of parking areas of company buildings which involves record keeping, customer service and daily visits to buildings in order to regulate & maximize the usage of parking areas according to allotted legal parking access to all the tenants.
Job competencies:
 Making sure all parking areas are safe, clean and orderly. Also maximize the space usage of all parking areas.
 Responding to tenant's inquiries and complaints.
 Compliance with venue parking policies and procedures as per safety regulations.
 Overseeing the function of parking equipments installed
 Keeping the record of parking cards, remotes etc to update the data base and maintain the list of un used parking cards.
 Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
(with UAE driving license)
 Intermediate OR Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
 At least 2 years in similar role or supervisory work
 Creative problem solving, customer service, verbal & written communication skills
 Ability to execute programs
 Position requires constant driving & inspection of various buildings
