Job Objective:
FM Manager will be responsible for running FM division operation to deliver Total Facilities Management (TFM) services to tenants. The role will be focused to provide efficient FM services. Candidate should have expertise in various fields such as facility management and building maintenance, engineering, development, planning, budgeting, organization and evaluation of strategic business goals and objectives of the company.
Job Competencies:
 Lead, perform and oversee the day-to-day operations of FM division and business effectively.
 Create and implement business development strategies and overseeing activities that ensure the delivery of acceptable standards.
 Develop, monitor and review maintenance planning/programs and establish policies and procedures for the FMD.
 Establish work plan, staffing and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel as per work requirements and business requirements and monitor them for the delivery of efficient and effective services.
 Responsible for all staff and subcontractors on site together with the financial and operational performance of FMD.
 Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with tenants and employees.
 Review on-going, trouble-shoot areas to take corrective measures
 Develop, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of monitoring and inspection programs to ensure an appropriate level of customer service and FMD operation is achieved.
 Perform other tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by the Director.
Qualification & Skills:
 Bachelors' Degree in Engineering/Building Maintenance/Facilities Management or related discipline having experience in developing a FM Division in UAE and able to demonstrate leadership
 Must have 8-12 years' experience out of which at least 8 years in Senior Management role in UAE.
 Capable of handling both Operational requirements Business Development of FM services.
 Excellent Management and Leadership skills.
 Commercial Acumen (Profit & Loss management).
 Strong analytical, organizational and IT skills.
 Excellent communication skills (both oral & written).
