We are URGENTLY looking for a MARKETING SUPERVISOR with the following qualifications and requirements:
At least 30-35 years of age
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing or MBA or related fields is preferred.
2 years' experience in DIRECT SELLING and marketing with good understanding of advertising and promotions.
Good analytical and presentation skills with strong business sense.
Independent, proactive and highly result-oriented.
Good team player and able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
Good proficiency in English (written and oral) and Arabic speaking is an advantage
Must have HUSBAND or FATHERs VISA
Must have a valid UAE Driving License and owned a Car
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing programs to drive sales.
Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
Oversee the development of marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets and pamphlets.
Oversee the company's online or ecommerce activities.
Explore and identify new promotion channels to achieve business results.
Work closely with external and internal parties for joint promotion and marketing support.
To make powerful and successfulsalespresentations in different settings.
Build and maintain sound media networks.
Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings
Assist in developing impact and effective advertising & PR materials to enhance brand image.
Implementing business strategies with creativity and always meeting deadlines.
Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service
