The right candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a perceptiveness of people that gives you a strong ability to assess a candidate's suitability in a fair and consistent manner. You will be approachable, extremely confident with a positive 'can do' attitude. Extensive experience of managing the full recruitment cycle, including face to face interviewing is essential. Ideally, you will have had experience recruiting in a Contact/Call Centre environment.
The Role:
• Working with a team you will help to recruit for an area that consists of up to 200 employees.
• You will be working with various departments and managers within the contact centre to support them with their recruitment needs.
• Responsible for selecting suitable candidates for interview, conducting their interviews and assessments, selecting the successful candidates and making the final job offers.
• Measuring and feeding back results to Directors/Department Heads on the recruitment performance.
• Support within the onboarding process- helping to settle new starters in their early months and reduce early attrition within the business.
Must Have
• Inhouse recruitment manager
• Must have experience of inhouse recruitment
• Must have experience of working in call centre sales
• Preferably has recruited for sales advisers
• Preferably has worked in the debt industry
