Job Responsibilities

HR

• Over all in-charge of the government mandated benefits and remittances

• Record management

• Assists in preparation and replenishment of on-boarding kit, ATM application form etc.

• Over all in-charge of monitoring and routing of end-to-end off boarding process


Administrative

• Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities.

• Maintain office supply inventories

• Maintains and ensures sufficient office and pantry supplies for the week.

• Send and receive documents, letter packages and distributes them to respective departments/branches.

• Overall in-charge of the cleanliness and orderliness of AGS offices/facilities.

• Super heads utility personnel

• Incoming and Outgoing of transmittals

• Building Administration concerns

• Ensures HR and other work related forms are complete in stocks

• Monitor, reviews and controls distribution of office supplies.

• Coordinates with vendors, suppliers and external offices


Job Requirements

• Preferably Male

• Must have at least a Bachelor's College Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• Preferably with at least 6 months related work experience but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidate must have high level of integrity, matured, analytical, resourceful, detailed and can work with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work in a Night Shift
