Responsibilities and Duties
1. Making cold calls for generating Appointments for Business Development team.
2. Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client
3. Generate leads/prospects over the phone
4. Listen attentively to customer need and explain our services and solutions
5. Send mailers, maintain complete database reports
6. Candidate should have a positive attitude should be goal oriented
7. Fluent in Communication (English) and strong interpersonal skills
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Should have excellent written and communication skills and convincing power.
2. Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.
3. Should be able to work with the team.
4. Should have learning and positive attitude.
5. The applicants are required to touch-base with the potential and existing clients to promote IT Services.
6. The candidate must be from telecalling background like telesales, telemarketing, call centre etc.
