In this role, your duties may include:

• Conducting field investigations including logging of geotechnical boreholes; 
  
• Providing field monitoring and testing for construction projects; 
  
• Performing engineering calculations for the design of foundations and earthen structures, and preparing reports;

Job Requirements

• Candidates should have at least a BS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and a MS in Geotechnical Engineering. The preferred candidate will have graduate level coursework in foundations, slope stability, retaining structures, and earthquake engineering or seismic design. A strong academic record is highly ;
  
• This is an entry level position. Minimal work experience is required with appropriate education. Upcoming graduates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Work experience/internship strongly ;

Additional desirable skills, experience and interests:

• Candidates with experience in numerical modeling programs such as FLAC or Plaxis desired. Knowledge of PYTHON or other programming language a ;
  
• Field logging and sampling, laboratory testing, or experience with slope stability, settlement, general civil design experience, construction experience, rock engineering, and other geotechnical analyses
