Duties would include keeping of the agenda, basic accounting knowledge, arranging for reservations of various sessions/events, travel bookings, tending to the needs of clients, event planning, general administrative support, and running corporate errands of all types.

Executive Personal Assistant positions demand competence and skill at performing the following duties:

Reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email

Answering calls and handling queries,

Preparing correspondence on the MD's behalf,

Commissioning work on the MD's behalf, - liaising with staff, clients, etc.

Managing the MD's electronic diary, - booking meetings, - organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,

Writing minutes, - taking dictation, making reports

Planning, organizing and managing events,

Managing a budget including petty cash and other expenses

Attending events/meetings as the MD's representative,

Conducting research on the internet,

Writing reports, executive summaries,

Preparing presentations, - preparing papers for meetings,

Managing and reviewing filing and office systems,

Typing documents,

Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,

Managing projects, - managing an Assistant
