Requirement:

  • Minimum SPM with at least 1 year working experience in courier service field 
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Malay. Ability to speak in other languages would be an added ;
  • Computer literate with medium typing skills (min. 25 wpm with 85% accuracy) 
  • Basic skills in operating programs such as Excel, Windows, ;
  • Ability to cope with stress and to remain calm in all customer service situations 
  • Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes 
  • Willing to work from am to 8 pm 
  • Good writing is mandatory 
  • Ability to identify cause and effect
